    I downloaded Picsart from Microsoft Store - and signed up for a free trial. I realised it's not the right program for me immediately and wanted to cancel it, but there was no option. I contacted Picsart directly asking for cancellation the same day, they say it has to be done via Microsoft. My debit card has been billed as I am still unable to cancel it - it doesn't show anywhere on my Microsoft account and I can't get any assistance!!!!!!!! It is extremely frustrating and in the meanwhile I am out R609 that I can't afford!!!!!! No, I can't cancel it via the app on my laptop as my laptop brok

    Here some general steps to cancel a subscription on your Microsoft account:

    1. View this website ->Cancel your Microsoft subscription - Microsoft Support and click the cancel Microsoft 365 or cancel Xbox.
    2. Go to Services & subscriptions and sign in with the Microsoft account you used to purchase your subscription.
    3. Find your subscription and select Manage.
    4. On the next page, select Cancel (or it might say Upgrade or Cancel, depending on your subscription type).
    5. Scroll through and follow the instructions on the page to proceed with cancellation.
    • Or you could contact the online staff to Contact - Microsoft Support
    • Type your issues like Cancel my subscription > Get help
    • Click the contact support below and select the category of Other Product and Cancel my subscription
    • Now you will get a new windows of Chat with a support agent in your web browser

    I need to cancel a monthly subscription but I can't find it in my subscriptions. I have the order # and I am being charged monthly, how can I cancel this? We have logged in to the accounts and cannot find the subscription listed to cancel it.

    Why can I not reach ANYONE on ANY phone number listed? I’m being charged for a subscription that I’ve tried for 2 + years to cancel. I can never reach anyone and have no log in information to login to cancel said subscription. This is absolutely the worse system ever!
