Windows 10: When is this 'microsoft pc manager' going to be available.

Lot of hoo ha about this in press for over two months now. https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9PM860492SZD?hl=en&gl=GB&ocid=pdpshareTry to access it and all users get is a 'product not currently available try again later' warning. See attached screencapture.@microsoft - when is this actually going to be available for UK customers of yours.

In this guide, i will take you through the steps to download Microsoft PC Manager, along with my initial impression of the app.

 

Microsoft PC Manager Confusion

Hi Phil, I am , a fellow Microsoft user like you.

I understand the confusion, I'm here to help. Right now, we don't have an ETA for when it will be available to all. However, since the download option is now available on the Microsoft PC Manager official page, it could be nearing availability. It might just be taking some time for the Microsoft Store to adjust. I recommend resetting the Microsoft Store by following these steps:

> Go to Settings (Win + I key) > System > Apps & features.
> Scroll through the app list or use the search bar to locate the Microsoft Store app.
> Click the three-dot menu (...) next to Microsoft Store and select "App settings."
>nScroll down to the Reset section and click on "Reset" (confirm the action if prompted).
> Restart your PC. > After restarting your PC, visit this link and attempt to download Microsoft PC Manager again Cleanup PC, protection for your computer | Microsoft PC Manager


If the issue persists, it might not be available for your region yet. I recommend waiting a few more days for it to be officially available.

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region


I got these suggestions from the Microsoft Community forum.No. 1 worked for me:

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.
