I cleaned my pc cpu gpu and fans now my pc keeps loading up with a black screen and loading cursor please help

Hard crashes with ANY heavy load

Out of the blue, my computer has been crashing upon heavy loads. For example, playing a game. I can load into the menu fine, but when it finishes loading the game, either the game will crash or my computer will black screen and restart. Specs and what I have tried already are as follows:

• CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G
  
• RAM: 32GB Corsair DDR4-3200MHz
  
• MOBO: ASUS X470 Prime Pro
  
• GPU: ZOTAC GTX-1070
  
• PSU: Corsair CX450
  

What I have tried:

• Updated drivers for CPU, GPU and MOBO BIOS updated
  
• reinstall GPU drivers via NVIDIA software utilities
  
• unplugged and reconnected all PSU connections, reseated GPU
  

I'm out of ideas. Any suggestions you have to fix my issues are greatly appreciated.

Hi pc goes full ramp on fans with black screen either on desktop with no load or in games I have to force shutdown it started 2 weeks ago no bsod screen just after rebooting in event viewer error 10016 dcom always same time as the crash and fan ramp starts nothing else installed 3 times new OSon different hard drives same issue upon the last time i wanted to install my 4th OS i got message that my pc doesn't support win 11 ! and the bios went pixelated with mentioning gpu firmware not uefi or something i cleard cmos and it went back to normal again installed new os flashed bios of mobo the previous one then flashed the latest now its all good i even benchmarked with 3dmark stress testing and it was all good .

my Q is is this behavior normal ?

mobo darkhero x570

gpu rtx 4090

ram g.skillz 3600

2 nvme ssd

3 sata ssd

psu corsair 1200

 

Black screen with loading circle, doesn't show diagnosing my pc, unable to do anything

Hello, My pc is stuck in black screen with a loading circle, I can't open it no matter how many times i shut down and start again my pc in the second try it say preparing automatic repair but after that it doesn't says diagnosting your pc, it just shows black screen with a loading circle forever, can you please help me or is it something else like a virus that you can't help me?
