Windows 10: Avermedia GC570 capture card no longer functional after installing 24H2 update

I have had an Avermedia GC570 capture card in my machine for years with 0 issues. I installed the 24H2 update on March 18th and ever since then, it has failed to boot due to it's drivers no longer booting with the device. The device itself works fine on a hardware level and the system can still detect it's there, but inside of device manager it spits back a Code 10 on it's audio driver and the camera driver that uses usbvideo.inf also fails to start. Both parts use generic Microsoft drivers, and the camera has also been having an issue with constantly reseating itself until its in use. I have

Avermedia HD Capture Card

I have a benq 144hz monitor and I want to buy that avermedia capture card, but that card requires hdmi out and in and hdmi can't output 144hz, so any solution for that?

Having issues with the new update and capture card

To understand the issue better, I would like to know do ‘’when you say update’’ do you refer to November update (Windows 10 Version 1511)?

Let’s try simple troubleshooting steps and check if this helps in resolving the issue. I recommend you to uninstall/reinstall the capture card driver and check. Follow the below steps:

  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Device manager.
  
• 
  Locate for the device (Capture card) and click on it to expand.
  
• 
  Right click on the device and click on
  uninstall.
  

Go to the capture card manufacturer website, download and install the latest capture card driver.
