Windows 10: Problem with display setting

Hello, I have laptop asus ux435e. The second display in touch pad did not show full screen. I tried to fix that. In display setting I choose only second monitor and the change the refresh rate. Suddenly the both monitor is switched off. After tapping f6 several times the second monitor came back but still I can not change it to multiple display. Can you help me how can I reset the display setting and change the refresh rate to existing one?

Driver and/or display problem (AMD)

Try this:

• Right click on a blank area of your desktop and select "Display Properties"

• Select "Advanced Display Settings"

• Select "Display Adapter Properties"

• Click on "List all Modes"

• Select the preferred display mode. Something with at least 60Hz.

• Then select your setting you want

• See if the option came back

To reset the settings back to default, follow these steps:

• Go to your desktop, right click and select Display Settings.
• Choose the appropriate settings from the options under Display.

Let us know if the above steps resolved the issue.
