Windows 10: Do the top 5 pixels in eucdedit.exe do anything?

Recently i've used the program known as "eucdedit.exe" that comes with windows to create characters and such, and i've noticed that the top 5 pixels of the character don't seem to appear. And so i've wondered, do they serve a purpose or do they not show for no aparent reason?Here's some images:[Characters in notepad][Character 1][Character 2]

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
