Windows 10: Most of the games I play keep crashing and sometimes a BSOD appears, help please!

BSOD Appear when playing games

Hi,

Bsod appear in pc and it's really an annoying problem,

So the bsod appears mostly playing an online game like dota 2 and genshin, but I can play more than an hours when playing offline games. It also appear even if just browsing on my pc and the internet. I already update all available updates for Windows 10, I even update it to windows 11, and reset the pc multiple times, still the bsod appears. The bsod got much worse every time I reset the pc, bsod appears much fatser than before, so I ask my friend to do some clean installation of windows 10 and now I'm back to where the bsod appears when playing online games, bsod less appears when playing offline games, and it also appear even if just browsing through the pc.

10.0.19045 build 19045

System manufacturer: BIOSTAR Group

System Model: A320MH 2.0

System Type: x64 based PC

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G with Radeon Graphics, 3901 Mhz, 6 cores

Gpu: None

Ram: 16gb

Hope someone will help me, I'm not really knowledgeable about computers but I'll try to understand and follow all steps to someone that is willing to help.

BSOD When playing games

Please share the information requested below:

• Does the BSOD occur while playing a particular game?
• Is the game downloaded from Windows Store?

I suggest you to update the Graphic Card drivers by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update.
