    Why do i have DTS Sound Unbound on my pc and it says licensed when i haven't bought or...


    I was trying to fix the crackling sounds in my speakers and in the Windows 11 settings - sound - all sound devices - properties right in the end of the page there's something about more options and licenses, there i saw the DTS Headphone X and DTSX Ultra and the state said active under it. And i am very confused about this. I bought a new laptop months ago, Acer Nitro 16 and have used it since. However i have never purchased any DTS things? And my microsoft account purchases tab as well as subscriptions part has nothing about DTS either or any purchases or subscriptions on that matter since i

    DTS Sound Unbound gives me the option to purchase it even though i have a license

    I bought a HyperX Cloud Core headphone today, received a free 24 months DTS Sound Unbound Activation Code with it.
    I redeemed the code and it does say DTS Headphones:X (Licensed), But when i click it, it shows me the option to purchase it again and if i try to Enable DTS Headphone:X, I see a prompt "The spatial audio is licensed, but not for this endpoint" and im not exactly sure what does that mean. Can someone help me with it please.

    Note: I do see that my DTS Headphone:X is licensed but I'm not able to see my headphone name under it.

    I can't install DTS Sound Unbound from Microsoft store.

    None of them worked. The problem continues. I'm able to download Spotify and Whatsapp but I'm unable to download DTS Sound Unbound and Dolby Atmos. It says pending, acquiring license that it leads to the error.

    I'm unable to install DTS Sound Unbound. While installing it, Microsoft installer stucks.please help.
