    I recently purchased a new Microsoft surface. When I try to attach my Canon MX 922 printer the drivers failed to download. Apparently according to what I’ve read it is because of the ARM processor on the Microsoft surface. Please advise how to download printer drivers in view off this.

    I am Sumit, an Independent Advisor and a 2-Year Windows Insider MVP here to help.

    Surface Pro X ships with an ARM processor. Currently ARM processors support only 32-bit programs. You may check the responses here- the marked answer and the link given by Barb that explains the ARM architecture in detail.
