    Dual Monitor screen stopped working. Single screen works fine


    I have two screens on my desktop computer, yet since yesterday, the dual screen stopped. Cables checked. Drivers checked. Sockets checked. Rebooted. I don’t know what to do. The computer is up to date, regarding version. Nvidia graphics card appears fine. Any advice would be most useful. As spent two hours or more to resolve.

    Dual monitors will not work

    I downloaded Windows 10 version 1903 and now my Dual monitors will not work with laptop monitor.

    I have disabled the display adapter - AMD Radeon RX Vega 10 Graphics and I then can get my dual monitors working BUT there is a black screen on my laptop.

    It will not detect the laptop screen.

    I would like to have all three so I can choose.

    Any suggestions??

    Dual monitor to single monitor

    New HP Envy Win 11 Computer. Single display, fine. Dual display, extended, fine with cursor going from screen to screen as normal. Main: Asus Hdmi 24" monitor. Added an AOC USB 15" USB 3 monitor. Using on a receptionist desk and she needs to see, converse with customers with 24" screen blocking too much view. Both monitors work beautifully in both extended and duplicated display format. Typical icons on one screen and just wallpaper on other with cursor travelling between in extended mode. Switching to duplicated mode, both monitors look the same. Both modes work normally! BUT . . . when HDMI monitor disconnected in ANY MODE and/or rebooting Windows, the system "thinks" the HDMI is still operative and the icons shift/stay on it while the USB 3 monitor loses icons (to the HDMI) mimicking the second monitor desktop only which is "inoperable" since the icons are "remianing" on the other (disconnected) screen. Rebooting does the same thing with HDMI monitor disconnected; USB 3 has no icons.

    Any insights?

    I have the EXACT same issue, and no...none of those steps worked!!!! Dual monitors working fine one day and then an update and now NOTHING!!!!

    Windows. 10, SUCKS!!!!
