Windows 10: unable to install epson print driver error interactive workstaion not advalable

from what i seen key service was removed, windows was updated probem i think is with usb drivers, in all my time working windows i never seen this error, note i seen all fix on internet none work as service required is not there but on my microsoft serfice tablet 4 windows 10 dose install, but they two diffrent builds and sevice is not on that device eather yeat still installes, now i help microsoft sence dos, i help the builders for me have probem i cant fix is codeing probem or update probem, to wich i dont knowerror logs is unclear the install programs dose something odd, as it install

I too am having the same problem but with an Epson R285. I have NO idea how to fix this as it works perfectly in XP on the SAME machine under a dual boot.

Not sure how much help this might be but, for me it was because for some reason the print spool service had been put into disabled mode in services. Once I put it in automatic and started it the driver installed correctly. WHY oh why could it not of returned the error "print spool not running cannot install the driver"
