Windows 10: Hp victus laptop black screen and blinking or black light in power buttons or backlight

the screen started of my hp victus gaming laptop 16-s0xxx flashing and turn off , in the meantime so she wouldn’t be stuck without one. I’m still trying to figure out what’s up with the screen. It doesn't have a bulge and I even tried to use the pc on power dierectly and it start blinking but doesn't turn off it just start flashing even the power button and the keyboard start flashing. I also changed the cpu thermal paste and cleaned the fans. Sometimes 71 to 80 ° on cpu and 30 to 40 on gbu and the cpu utilisation is always high or instable betwin 20 to 70% even when I am doing anything. I'

HP Laptop Black Screen on boot

no beeps or blinking lights. power cord light, start button light and wifi light are all solid white. no num lock light (dont think this model has one at all) or caps lock light (although after a bit, if i push caps lock button, it lights solid white.)

two lights on left side of laptop (not labeled) solid white as well.

How to solve blinking black screen, windows 8?

My laptop screen suddenly become black while using it and the black screen is blinking.

I shutdown the laptop by pressing power button, it starts normally but after windows loading screen it again become black and starts blinking.

I tried many solutions from online but nothing works.

Someone please help.

 

Press the Start button, blue power light blinks once, accessory lights blink once then nothing

I have a HP Elitebook 8740W running Win 10 Pro. When I press the start button the power light on the front of the laptop comes on for 2 seconds, then the accessory lights across the top of the keyboard blinks once, then nothing happens. The screen is blank.
If I hold the Start button down, the power light stays on for about 9 seconds then the accessory lights blink and then the screen is blank.

I have removed the battery and power wire, then held down the Start button for 30 seconds. Put the battery back in and the power plug. No change is anything.

The power light does not come on when the laptop is plugged in.

Any ideas on what to do now.
