Windows 10: I am not able to access my bitlocker key. I need help ASAP.

I have purchased Asus Vivobook go 14 Laptop 10-11 months back, and back then Company has activated Bitlocker by themselves. They haven't shared any details regarding the key at that time. They have entered their account at the time of activation, and now, they don't have access to their own account nor they have any data regarding the same. All my important data is in the laptop and due to the same issue can't access any of the data. While turning on the Laptop I get BSOD saying "Critical error died" and then Bit Locker screen comes up.

Not able to access Bitlocker Recovery Key

Forgot my Bitlocker password for F drive.

Not able to access recovery key. Couldn't locate the text file. Also not in Microsoft Account.

Tried running this code in Command Prompt :

<manage-bde -protectors F: -get >

But it showed 32-digit "Password ID" and "Numerical password ID". Not able to recover the 48 digit recovery key. Is there any possible way to access my bitlocker recovery key.

2. Did you ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key on your computer?
3. Are you not able to login to your Microsoft Account to find the BitLocker Recovery Key?
4. Are you using Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Professional?

Meanwhile, try finding BitLocker Recovery Key if you have ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key for your computer.
