Windows 10: Why is my computer taking so long to start up after bsod

So i was going to start up my laptop butmaybe i forgot to shut it down last time i used it then i got a bsod then it restarted it and its been 15 hours and its still restarting i wanted to turn it of by using the power button it wouldnt turn off

how do I find out programs running in the background when I start my computer, it takes too long

Right click on the Start Button and select Task Manager then click the "Startup" tab to check what programs start when you boot your computer. If you see any you don't need just right click on it and select "Disable" from the menu. The more programs that
start at boot up the slower your computer will take to get to the Desktop.

 

Website take to long to load

• Were there any changes made to your computer prior to the issue?
• Are you connected via wireless or wired connection?
• Does this happen to all websites you visit?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
