Windows 10: Can't download Microsoft Visual C++ x64, remnant files of older version

Hey, I can't download Microsoft Visual C++ x64 and i need it to play games.I've downloaded the latest x64 setup from this page. It is version 14.42.34438Here are the errors I get while launching the setup, in the middle of the download process:"The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'vd runtimeMinimum x64.msi' in the box below.""The older version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2022 X64 Minimum Runtime - 14.42.34438 cannot be removed. Contact your technical support

Error 0x80070641 - I can't install newer versions of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables

Please uninstall Microsoft Visual C++ completely from the computer and then install the newer versions.

# Step 1: Uninstall Microsoft Visual C++

a. Type control panel in start menu > Programs > Programs and Features > uninstall a program

b. Locate all ( Microsoft Visual C++ ) from the list of installed programs.

c. Click on it and then select “Uninstall”.

d. Follow the on-screen instructions and restart the computer if prompted.

# Note: If you cannot find Microsoft Visual C++ in the installed programs list, go to step

2 to install the latest version.

# Step 2: Install the latest version of Microsoft Visual C++

to download and install the latest version of Microsoft Visual C++ components on the computer.

a. Click on this link to download the latest version of Visual C++ Redistributable Package.

b. After the download, run the setup file and follow the on-screen instructions to install the package.

c. Restart the computer, if prompted.

Note> Make sure that your operating system is with the latest updated

Microsoft Visual 2017 C++ msi wont install.
