    Good morning

    I’m really hoping someone can help me with multiple U

    unrecognised billing charges. I continue to get charges that I don’t recognise on my credit card statements. The amounts are random:

    January 12, 2024

    Microsoft#G036899819 MSBILL.INFO - $156.71

    December 21, 2023

    Microsoft#G034476289 MSBILL.INFO - $160.08

    November 9, 2023

    Microsoft#G032102301 MSBILL.INFO - $163.58

    October 9, 2023

    Microsoft#G030592453 MSBILL.INFO - $58.65

    I’ve had my credit card company investigate and they suggest I inquire with you, Microsoft. The charges started on 9 October and I didn’t sign up to or subscribe to any Microsoft products at this time.

    Really hoping you can help me and provide some answers as I feel this is a potential fraud case.
