Windows 10: Roblox crashes on startup

When opening, the game crashes. Tried clearing the cache, reinstalling the game several times, and running as an admin. couldn't find any solutions.

things i tried:

• repairing, resetting, and terminating it (on apps & features settings)

It still does the white background and ROBLOX logo in middle and still closes soon after (microsoft store version) so no error message
