Windows 10: My Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller stopped working. Code 12.

During a meeting, I plugged in a USB cable to charge my watch, and after that, my Ethernet connection stopped working.I've already tried:Uninstalling and reinstalling the Ethernet driverDisabling and re-enabling the driverAdjusting BIOS settingsUpdating the BIOSInstalling the latest LAN driver for my motherboardNone of this has worked. I see. There's definitely something going on with your PCIe controller. Since you've already installed the drivers, may I confirm if that also include the Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller? And did you downloaded the drivers from the motherboard's manufacturer website?

You can try to disable and re-enable the PCIe controller. Another thing to try is to reinstall the Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller driver.

Device Manager, Network Adapter showing Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller. Ping also ok. But internet not connecting. Troubleshoot says cable is unpluged. Earlier it was working, but to power surge, it is not working. What could be the reason solution
for that.
