    Hi Asellia,

    Welcome to the 10forums.

What driver versions have you tried currently for your graphics?
If it is the newest version, 361.43, try rolling back the drivers.

Daemon tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause for BSOD's.
Please remove Daemon Tools and run the SPTD pass through remover.

    1. Uninstall Daemon Tools
    2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
      • Double click the executable to open it
      • Click on the button shown below

    BUGCHECK_CODE: 139 module name : dxgmms2 [IMG]

If the button is grayed out, like in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can close the window

    Faulty Module: dxgmms2.sys causes BSOD

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

We understand your concern as you are receiving Blue Screen of Death. We analyzed the dump file and found the faulty module:
    Ntkrnlmp.exe & Dxgmms2.sys

Ntkrnlmp.exe is an executable file associated with Windows Operating System. When Windows OS starts running in your computer, the programs that contain ntkrnlmp.exe will be executed
and loaded into RAM and runs there as a NT Kernel & System process.

Dxgmms2.sys file is a Windows system driver file that is associated with the Graphics Rendering capabilities of a computer. This file is known to cause a Blue Screen error. But the main reasons include conflicts like RAM
or Hard Disk Issues, incompatible firmware or corrupt drivers

Meanwhile, we would suggest you to perform these methods and check if that helps.

Method 1: Swap the RAM sticks

If you have multiple RAM stick then connect one at a time and check.

    Method 2: Safe mode

Try booting your PC in safe mode. Refer to the article on how to
Start your PC in safe mode in Windows 10

Safe mode starts Windows in a basic state, using a limited set of files and drivers. If a problem doesn't happen in safe mode, this means that default settings and basic device drivers aren't causing the issue. Observing Windows in safe mode enables
you to narrow down the source of a problem, and can help you troubleshoot problems on your PC.

    Method 3: Clean boot

Try booting your PC in clean boot. Refer to the article on How to perform
    a clean boot in Windows

Note: Clean Boot starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program. Also, you may not be able to use some
    programs in clean boot.

If performing a clean boot fixes the issue then, please refer to the section
How to determine what is causing the problem after you do a clean boot
to check which program is causing the issue.

Note: Please refer the section Reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting
to boot the computer in to normal mode after troubleshooting.

    Method 4: Disable hardware acceleration

    Note:
Important this section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps carefully. For added protection,
back up the registry before you modify it. Then, you can restore the registry if a problem occurs.

Follow the steps to take backup of registry.

Refer the article to Create a system restore point.

    1. Press Windows + R key to open Run command.
    1. Type Regedit and hit the Enter key.
    2. When the Registry Editor opens, navigate to the following location:
      HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft
      /Avalon.Graphics
    3. Find DisableHWAcceleration on the right pane.
    4. If missing then right-click on the blank area on the right pane and click New > DWORD (32-bit) Value and name it DisableHWAcceleration.
    5. Double click on DisableHWAcceleration and set its value to 1 to disable hardware acceleration on your Windows 10.
    6. Click OK, close registry editor and restart the PC to check.

    Regards,
