Windows 10: Internal Microphone Problem

i have a problem to use the internal mic on the meeting. Like when i join a meeting they show me that the mic doesn't exist, but when i plug in a headphone then i can use the mic.

Thanks a lot for your response. I tried all the steps that you had suggested, but the problem still persists: the internal microphone alone doesn't respond. As you have requested, my system details are:
