Windows 10: The lower bar of the window doubled

Good day everyone!My lower bar is doubled as mentioned on the screenshot. That was after installing and deleting UX Theme patcher I decided not to use it.I don't know how to turn it off. Reboot didn't help. I can turn off only the dark one. But I wanna turn off the light one.When I click on computer icon in the bottom right, window with Internet secuirity pops up.

Thank you for your reply, appreciate the time taken by you in keeping us updated on the status of the issue.

Please be informed that, if we single left click on the Start button it will open the tiles menu. We no need to double click on start button to open this tiles.

However, the issue is causing from last week, I suggest you to restore the system to the previous point where PC was working normally. To do so kindly follow the below given steps:

• 
  Press Windows + I key and click on Update and security.
  
• 
  Click on Recovery, and click on
  Restart under Advance startup.
  
• 
  In the Windows Recovery Environment, on the Choose an option screen, click
  'Troubleshoot'.
  
• 
  Click, Advanced Options and then click on
  System Restore.
  
• 
  Follow the onscreen suggestion to restore your PC to earlier point.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

To turn off windows updates in windows 7 follow these steps:

Click the start button, in the search box type in 'windows updates', click on 'windows update'
in the search results list, in the left side of the windows update window click 'change settings'
then in the option bar select 'Never check for updates'.
