Windows 10: High Bandwidth low download speed

I have a 100 mbps bandwidth speed, i do get around 90-95mbps at speedtests and unfortunately i get 100-500kbps download speed while installing any file. I don't believe its caused by my ISP due to my brothers pc having a normal amount of download speed. Im using Windows 11 Pro Edition, Intel I219-V

High bandwidth high wifi speed slow lan speed. What should I do? My router is connected with a lan cable to my pc for faster connection but it seems like there is something wrong because I should be possible to get up to 250mb per second but I only get up to 30

Windows 10 uses high internet bandwidth

After installing windows 10, I see decrease in internet speed. I am aware that it uses lots of graphics. But still it is high. Any steps to reduce the bandwidth will be appreciated

 

Download speed alternates from high to low constantly

I am so embarrassed. I actually restarted my router after 3nd's suggestion, dedusted it a bit, too and... it seems to have fixed the problem? If the problem shows up again after a day or two, I'll come back but the oldest trick in the book seemed... to do the trick.

Yeah, you have the same problem / stats as I do and I don't think it's what is supposed to happen for you too - try restarting your router and leaving it for like 10 minutes. I'd be really curious if it also fixes it for you - - - Updated - - - Quick Update again: It seemed to ind of have worked but also not. The big "up and down" is still happening but at different speeds now (jumping from like 8MBit/s to 20Mbit/s and back again):

It is more doable now but the spikes still seem unnatural and give me some buffers on Twitch... any more ideas? (Also here is how Ookla-Speedtest looks. Looks basically the same as before the restart
