Windows 10: Windows 10 extremly high pitched sound

Since roughly a week my windows has been making random loud high pitched screeches? it comes randomly while watchin youtube videos, playing games or just sitting on discord and speaking to friends.I dont know what causes it i turned off system sounds from windows 10 itself but it still happens all the time and its giving me such bad headaches.I'm on Windows 10 Home Version 22H2 / build number:19045.5608I already installed all the latest windows 10 updatesIf any more info is needed just ask cus i dont know what more is important.Im not sure if this topic is in the right place i couldnt figure o

High pitched chirp sound on videos

I just upgraded to Windows 10 and have 2 issues now:

1- At the beginning of videos on my PC and online, there is a loud, very high-pitched chirp sound. Last time I fixed this, it was a setting in RealTek.

2- RealTek audio driver is installed, but it does not show up in the list of drivers. I do a system check for updates or to see if it is working properly.

I am worried about uninstalling RealTek completely, because I read other users did that and now they do not have any sound. Please help!

Black screen printing wingdings with high pitched tone can be due to outdated drivers. This can also be connected to hardware issue. For us to isolate and identify
if this is a hardware or software issue, we suggest to perform the Windows Hardware Troubleshooter.

To access the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter, follow the steps provided below:

• Type “Troubleshooting” in the Search bar and press Enter.
  
• Click on “View All” in the top left corner.
  
• This will display the list of troubleshooters which are built-in in the computer. You can click on Hardware and Devices from the list and you can run the troubleshooter.

I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience. Have you tried plugging your headphone to another computer (if there is any). If the same issue happens on another computer then this is an issue with the headphone. If it's fine on the other, please follow the guide below:
