Windows 10: Why is alphabetizing wrong?

I have Windows Explorer set to list by alphabetizing but it's doing it wrong. For just as a example if I have to stories and one is title Fated and the other Fated Love Windows will list Fated Love before Fated and that is just totally wrong. Don't get me wrong, it does alphabetize the titles as A, B, C, and so on but under the letter it gets it totally wrong. Is there any way to fix this? When I go looking for a story I'm going to look for Fated before I remember that it's going to be the last title with Fated in it.

Wrong language alphabet in contacts list

I see wrong language of alphabet in contact list when I switch to alphabet view (Macedonian instead of Ukrainian). All language settings of my Lumia 820 are set to Ukrainian. All contacts names are displayed correctly.

The only place I also see macedonian text in my phone is Office document sample: Apps List - Office - Docs on telephone - sample Excel spreadsheet. Samples if MSWord doc and PPoint presentation have correct language.

It would be great if I could see correct Ukrainian alphabet in contact list.

Does anyone know if this is WP8 issue or it depends on smartphone vendor?

I prefer alphabetical myself as some are totally TBA I guess. Don't know, not my list. Could even be sorted into a Genre - Release Date - Alphabetical order. Then again alphabetical is easy enough. Make some suggestions to the OP.

 

App or Program That can Alphabetize a list

Hi, all. I'm looking for a program, similar to wordpad, that can put all the items listed in alphabetical order. I already have Open office installed, but there's no option that I can find in that program that has the capability I'm looking for. I've looked around on the Net, but so far haven't come up with anything. I prefer a free program because it would only be used on rare occasions. Someone on another forum suggested Alphabetizer, which I tried, but found unsatisfactory .Any suggestions? Thanks.
