Windows 10: PC repeatedly crashes after watching videos while tabbed out of steam game?

Hello,This is a relatively new issue with my PC. I haven't changed any hardware, and I don't know if any update is the root cause of this crashing isue. I checked event viewer and I keep getting an Event 162, followed by an event 41. This crash consistently occurs when I'm tabbed out of a steam game and I start watching a video on Discord. I have a 6900XT, 5600X, 32 GB DDR4-3200MHZ, running on Windows 11 Pro 24H2. Windows 10 Steam game crashes

• Does the issue occur only with Steam games or all games?
• Are you able to view videos?
• What is the make and model of your computer?

I suggest you to update the Graphic Card driver by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update the driver.

My computer consistently crashes when playing newer Steam games

  Is your computer custom built?
