Windows 10: Memory error in games not enough memory

Hello,My games are crashing because of a memory error. I get an error message something around the lines of this: "The game has crashed because there was not enough memory, I think it could be a memory leak but I couldn't find anything with the performance monitor. If you have any idea on fixing this please let me know, thanks in advance!System information:CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor.Memory: 16gb of corsair vengeance pro rgb.GPU: Nvidia RTX 4070.The device is running windows 11 pro 24H2Greetings,Dain Lauwen.

• Open Control Panel and type memory in the search bar.
• Click on Diagnose computer memory problems to open it.
• If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
