Windows 10: I have a listed Win 10 home/digital liscense/that seems Degraded/the usuale startup logo...

I've had win 10 home before and know how it starts, this system is a preowend dell insperon 17 7000 series I'm having trouble with so many things ,,,like runing programs for websites that ran after down load and wont run a gain even after conflics and runing program in othere win images/8 7 vista ext moltapal esentals are inopritive/ ive reset twice no efect How or wear can i get this system a compleet rebuild? I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if that resolves the issue.

Method 1: Perform Startup Repair.

Follow the steps:

• Go to the “Lock Screen” and press shift and click on the power icon located on the bottom right corner of the screen.
• You will have to restart your computer, you will be prompted to click on “Restart Anyway”.
• Then you select “Troubleshoot” and click on “Advance Option” and locate and select “Startup Repair”.

Method 2: Run the System maintenance troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Follow the steps:

• Type “Control Panel” on the search box.
• Click on Troubleshooting.
• Click on View all option on the left side of the Windows.
• Click on System Maintenance option.
• Click on Next and follow the onscreen instructions to troubleshoot the issue.
