Windows 10: Can someone help me enable TPM 2.0 on ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming 4s mother board with AMD...

I am trying to get my PC ready for Windows 11 and the PC Health Check app says I need to enable TPM 2.0. In the UEFI BIOS I have enabled "AMD fTPM", "Secure Boot" and disabled "CSM". I've also verified that my PC meets all the other specs required for Windows 11.

Sounds more like a hardware issue. Something hooked up incorrectly, CPU fan plugged into the wrong motherboard connector, inadequate thermal paste, incorrect case front panel connectors hook up, etc. The one stick of RAM should be in the 2nd slot, counting away from the CPU to the right. RED = Where to put your one stick of RAM BLUE = where to plug in the CPU fan (air cooling) GREEN = other connectors you should double check. When troubleshooting a motherboard... only hook up the CPU fan, the two power connectors, the front panel (case) connectors, and the vid card... leave everything else unconnected. You should be able to get into the BIOS and not have the computer in a restart loop.
