    Audio output device disappears and reappears on device manager


    TL;DR - Even with no audio output device connected to the PC, when I open the Device Manager and look into the "Audio inputs and outputs" section, every few seconds, it refreshes itself and an audio output device either appears or disappears from the list. This causes games to lag and videos and audio to either freeze or stop loading entirely.Detailed explanation - This began around two months ago. Online and local videos and audio would suddenly freeze until I manually paused and un-paused them. Only for me to find out that, whenever this happened, the audio output device list was spontaneous
