Windows 10: not geniune

i have a dell Vostro 1510 with a operating system of windows 7. I understand there is no support for windows 7 anymore. My problem is Windows genuine keeps saying i do not have a genuine copy installed on my laptop. no matter what i do, i cannot get it to correct. and that is causing other device drivers and software to not install and that is Bullsh1t. what do i need to do to make my computer recognize that i do have a real and genuine version of Windows.. and can anyone point me in the direction of where to go to install drivers for dfu mode on a iphone?

Can i still recover my deleted geniune OS by connecting my device recent OS to microsoft account?
