Windows 10: dfu mode drivers

why wont anybody just tell me where can i download the drivers for dfu mode on apple iphones

iPhone 4 reboot from DFU/Restore

Idk if this has been posted and I can't find anything in google. But I was just playing around with my iPhone and accidentely found that you don't need those programs like tiny umbrella etc. Through trial error and laziness I discovered that when in DFU or recover you can boot out of it normally.

1. Hold power button until phone shuts off.
2. Press and hold power+home for 10 seconds and release.
3. Press the power button like normal.
4. Your phone is now booting.

For DFU simply start at step 2 and repeat as necessary until phone boots, in my experience you need to repeat step 2 twice and then proceed.

I believe this will work with atleast 4G iPods as well.

I suggest that you install the drivers in the compatibility mode and check. Follow the below steps.

Find the file that installs the drivers and then...

• Right click on the exe
• Click on Properties
• Click the Compatibility tab
• Tick the box labelled Run this program in compatibility mode for

• Select the version of Windows that this application was designed to run on

I suggest you to update all the drivers in your computer to its latest version. Also I suggest you to install the audio and network adaptor drivers in compatibility mode and check.

Download the latest audio and network adaptor drivers from the manufacture website and follow the steps provided below.

Follow the steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode.

• Download the drivers from the manufacturer’s website.
• Right-click on the installer and click on "Properties".
• Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box "Run this program in compatibility mode for” and select previous Operating System from the drop down.
• Click on ‘Apply’ and click ‘OK’ and run the file to install it.
