    My japanese IME keyboard is not working properly. I have tried redownloading it, restarting my laptop, watching many videos on how to fix it, and nothing changes or gets fixed.

    Japanese IME not working properly (Windows 7)

    While I can select between the various modes it seems as though the Japanese IME recognizes my keyboard as a Japanese keyboard. My inputs in hiragana yield strange results, for example typing s gets me a し and h gets me a く. This isn't how it used to work
    before and I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on how to make it work properly again. Thanks in advance.
