    VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR every time i open game launchers.


    Whenever I open the Epic Games launcher or the Minecraft launcher, at some point within the 10 minutes proceeding, the laptop flashes to a black screen for a few seconds sometimes indefinitely before crashing, this is only a recent issue that has been occurring within the past 2 weeks, but I have not been able to troubleshoot it myself. Any help would be great.I can provide crash dump files if necessary.

    Epic Games Launcher

    I got this computer from my step dad, he got it from his insurance company. When I open Epic Games launcher I can see the logo but the rest is blank. Is there a file I need to remove? I really would love any suggestions
