Windows 10: my laptop is having blue screens and the screen is bugging

my laptop is having blue screens lately and i want to know the reason cause also the screen is bugging like when i open the app only half of it loaded on the screen so i dont know why is that today i had a bue screen and i found the message in even viewer what i mean by screen is bugging is when i click on an app like chrome or something the bottom half loads up while the upper half is not loaded and still on old app or whatever you call it a blue screen happened to me less than a month ago too System-Provider[ Name]Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power[ Guid]{331c3b3a-2005-44c2-ac5e-77220c37

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
