Windows 10: my browser is having a rendering kind of issue

Discus and support my browser is having a rendering kind of issue in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; whatever the browser i use, chrome opera edge etc, while playing a vid in youtubee it flashes white reloads and repeat, ive reinstalled my graphics...     my browser is having a rendering kind of issue


    whatever the browser i use, chrome opera edge etc, while playing a vid in youtubee it flashes white reloads and repeat, ive reinstalled my graphics driver though no changes. soon it goes full white or grey and reloads the page. please find a way to solve
