    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

    3. Select
    View all on the top left corner.

    4. Click Shared Folders.

    5. Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.

    Step 2: Check for the available updates.

    Follow the below steps:


    • Type setting in the search area in the taskbar and select
      Settings.

    • Click on Update and Security.

    • Click on Check for Updates.

    Thanks for following up. What we can suggest as a first troubleshooting step is to try and repair Windows Edge.

    Method 1:

    • Type Apps & features on the Cortana search box and hit the
      Enter
      key.
    • Look for and click Microsoft Edge.
    • Select Advanced options.
    • Click Repair.
    • Once done repairing, click OK.

    Method 2:

    If Method 1 fails, try downloading and running the troubleshooter for Windows apps. Check out
    this link for more information and the download link. You might also want to check if the driver to your
    keyboard is updated to the latest version.
