  1. Wireless network adapter gone after using spotify desktop app

I use windows 11. I was using spotify i saw spotify showing no Internet . I looked and I wasn't connected and there was no Internet option in the menu on the bottom right of the screen. I checked in control panel and there was only 2 ethernet adapters which are not in use. I have done all the troubleshooting but nothing came. This is the second time happening and the first time after 1 day it fixed it self.I would be grateful to have it fixed today .

    :)

Wireless Network Adapter/Driver has Gone Rogue

Do tou mean Apps & Features? The driver from the package does not appear to have been properly installed as it does not show up anywhere, including apps & features.

I have attempted to reinstall (per instructions from your suggested site) several times. The installation process appears to complete (as indicated by HP's software) but the drivers do not appear. I continue to receive the troubleshooting popup that says "Windows did not detect a properly installed network adapter. If you have a network adapter, you will need to re-install the driver."

This is Windows 10, 64-bit. Windows Defender firewall is running.

The HP driver package I attempted to install (as indicated by what HP's online diagnostic tool suggested as being 'critical') included the following:

    Intel WLAN Driver - sp114211

Realtek Local Area Network Lan Driver - sp71892

    Realtek RTL8xxx Series Bluetooth Driver - sp98235

    Realtek RTL8xxx Wireless LAN Drivers - sp96885

    Realtek RTL8723BERT8188EE 8021bgn Wireless LAN Drivers - sp72517
