I want to use my PC, that has 2 monitors connected to it, as a wireless display for my laptop. When I use MiraCast / Wireless Display, a single Window opens on the PC, that I cannot stretch to the second display and that I cannot open a second instance of.Is there a way to use both monitors on the PC as wireless displays or can I only use one of the two?

BTW, the list of Displays includes a Blue-ray player I bought in 2015 and two TVs I bought in 2020. I use the Blue-ray player because the TV it is connected to is over 10 years old and doesn't support Miracast.

  4. How do I use all connected Monitors of my PC for MiraCast / Wireless Display

Cannot connect to Microsoft Miracast Wireless Display Adapter

I bought a Microsoft wireless display adapter to connect my Lenovo T14 Win10 ThinkPad to a new external monitor. When I turn the monitor on with the adapter connected, the screen displays MSDisplayAdapter_37 Ready to connect. On my laptop, I see MSDisplayAdapter_37 in the list, and when I select it, the monitor says Connecting to [mylaptop]... and at the top of my PC I see a small bar that says Connecting to your device but after a while, the bar switches to Disconnected and the monitor reverts to what it was showing before.

I've tried MS's troubleshooting tips to no avail. One in particular was to download an app from their store and update the new adapter's firmware, but the app appears to not connect or recognize the adapter.

I also called Lenovo's tech support. They confirmed that my PC supports Miracast and said it appears to be an issue with the adapter rather than my PC. I've also successfully connected to a TV at a hotel before. Any suggestions before I declare it defective and return it?
