Windows 10: i have been hacked, please help me to eject the virus

i think i was hacked, i installed a software and after that. all my networks were invaded: instagram, discord. the hacker was sending messages to my friends. then he had access to my email codes since he changed the code riot games and steam. despite that i change the passwords it continues and i realized that i could not change my pin code, is it related? please help me, what should i do?I've restarted in safe mode and run the AntiVirus, but it looks like the virus has deactivated my anti-virus see screen.

An error occured while ejecting

After installing printer, I can't eject the install disc

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community.

To reject the disc out I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• Press “windows+X”, it will open the “file explorer”.
• Then on the left hand side click on “This PC”.
• You will find the “DVD Drive”, right click on it
• And click on “eject option” and check whether the DVD is ejected or not.

Missing Eject in "Safely Remove Hardware and Eject Media" List

Hi Tze Lin Wong,

The configuration to this can be found under settings. To enable this feature follow these steps:

1. Right-click the taskbar and select Taskbar settings.
   
2. Under Notification Area, choose
   Select which icons appear on the taskbar.
3. Scroll to Windows Explorer: Safely Remove Hardware and Eject Media
   and turn it on.

If this doesn't work, I suggest that you check with your USB drive manufacturer for new drivers or other updates.
