    Error Code 0xc00000e9

    I keep getting "unexpected I/O error - 0xc00000e9" as soon as the computer starts. Performed a system fast test and extensive test. Everything checks out. System repair does not work. I am also not able to perform
    a system recovery. It shuts off on its own. Please help with any suggestions?
