    Clear tpm

    Hi I'm trying to reset my laptop to factory settings and its saying clear TPM. Or configuration change was requested for this computer's TPM.

    Need help on whether to clear TPM on not

    It's clear as mud. As far as I can tell, it's specific to Windows, not necessarily activated programs like MacAfee, games, etc etc etc. MS Office, I have no idea.

    Does clearing TPM reset the computer?

    Due to working from home, I am required to download Microsoft 365 apps to my desktop, a Lenovo Yoga 730. I have downloaded the apps, but am unable to sign in to my work account as my "TPM has malfunctioned". I have done some research and people have said
    to clear the TPM. I am unsure whether I should, as I do not want my computer data to erase and I do not have a hard drive. If I clear the TPM, will I be able to keep my computer data or should I wait until I get a hard drive?
