Windows 10: Why Microsoft lock my account after installing the win 11 24h2

i have 2 Microsoft account that locked by Microsoft. one is because i try to access since i forgot the password but Microsoft keep rejected bcs lack info whatsoever, and now the new account got locked just after i install the new updatewhat did i do wrong here? first of all this is a brand new device, i create a local and Microsoft account 1st one then when i shut the device down and boot it again, it somehow forces me to sign in into Microsoft account instead of local account. I don't have any option then reset itafter resetting, i run fresh installation and new Microsoft account 2nd but

Steve, All you need is a Windows 10 installation USB in order to use the procedure given in post #2. If you do not have one of them then you will need to take your computer to somebody who does. The procedure does not entail any use of the MSAccount reset / old mobile number / email reset. Denis
