Windows 10: Opened a driver path file by mistake, what happens now?

Hi, I saw there was an error in reliability history: C:\WIndowsSystem32\drivers\LNVDispatcher.exe and I wanted to find out what this was on the web so I typed that into the URL box and it downloaded the driver I think to my downloads. Is this a duplicate and can I safely delete it?I also put the path into file explorer to find the location but it actually opened the driver CMD and it closed straight away.Have I done anything wrong or done any damage to the OS? Will I need to do anything?The error in reliability history hasn't shown since.

Please give steps to open the paths to Program Files

If you want to open File Explorer to your C: drive without any registry tweaks, you'll need to do so from a shortcut you create.

Open File Explorer to This PC.

Right-click Winndows (C and select Create Shortcut:

Clock OK in the altert dialog:

And you'll have a shortcut on your Desktop:

Add a path to $PATH?

To add ~/bin to $PATH try this -

You need then to edit the “.bashrc” file which is a hidden file in your home folder. You would therefore first need to make Ubuntu show your hidden files. In the menu bar on the top of the file browser window, select “View/Show Hidden Files” and check the mark .

Then find the file “.bashrc” file and open it with the text editor. You would then need to append a line or two to the file. For example, if you would like to add the path~/bin, you would need to add the following line to the file:

PATH=~/bin:”${PATH}”

Yeah, I think you're right. I think the purpose of the echo command was to check if ~/bin was in the $PATH file. My problem is that I can't decipher the output and I don't know how to add ~/bin to the $PATH file.

Just for clarification, the snippet of instructions I gave is just a few steps in the installation process. Nothing is actually supposed to be installed with those steps.
