Windows 10: I can cast both my Windows 11 screen and a streaming video to my LG Nano75 TV, but...

I used to be able to cast from my Win 11 laptop to this smart TV with no problem. Now I have several problems:1 The most annoying one is that no matter what I successfully cast to the TV, the "Available displays" dialog box remains stubbornly visible in the lower right-hand corner of the TV screen see attached screen shot of a static display, dialog box yellow-highlighted.2 When I succeed at casting a video, the screen on my laptop goes completely black and will not respond to any inputs from the keyboard. To assist you better, I like to know; how exactly you are trying to stream video from your PC to LG Smart TV?

As an initial step, I suggest you to try updating the display adapter on your system.

Follow the below steps:

• Click on the Start button, and type Device Manager on the search bar.
• Open Device Manager, expand Display Adapters.
• Find and double-click Display Adapters from the left panel to update.
• Right-click the device, and click Update.

As you are able to play the video full screen in your PC, then it might be an issue related to LG Smart TV. I suggest you to check for the LG Smart TV manual and check what all settings need to done to play video in full screen.

Cast to lg tv win 11

Windows 11 dell xps 13 9310 casting to lg nano tv , my laptop cast to the lg tv then after 5 seconds disconnects, occasionally it will stay on all day and then start doing this, now I cannot connect at all for more than 5 secodns. Casting to the tv seems to turn off the tvs wifi connection. Both use the same 2.4 g connection, have re started routers, have unplugged tv, have removed wifi saved connections and re done them....nothing seems to fix this?

My other laptop will cast and uses windows 11 ok however my problem la[top also worked well for 2 days then started doing this.

All my laptops and tvs are pretty new ie less than 6 months old.
