Windows 10: 24H2 has caused my system to be too slow

After I tried to install the latest Windows update on Thursday, March 13, 2025, my computer has slowed almost to a crawl when using programs other than Microsoft Edge. It got stuck on Restarting... for an hour and the only way to fix it was to hold down the power button, wait 10 seconds and turn it back on. The update then proceeded to "complete" but then the Task Manager, Sticky Notes, and other programs take 20 minutes at least to open. I had to spend $103.99 for Geek Squad to come to my house because I am currently home bound with illness. They will not be here until Thursday,March 27, 2025
