Windows 10: 24H2 for x64-based Systems KB5053598 is not updaying for me says 0% all the time

i have a problem that Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems KB5053598 is not updating for me it says 0% all the time i left it for more then 3 hours and it is still on 0% pls help me

Windows 10 version 1511 for x64 based systems says its 0% downloaded.
