Windows 10: Windows 11 update breaking computer

Recent Windows updates, specifically Windows 11 updates have continued to cause complete system malfunctioning with blue screen, error codes, and PC freezing having to be restarted. My PC has become completely unstable since around Sept-Oct 2024 update, and now has become completely unuseable since the March 2025 tuesday patch update . This is beyond frustrating, and I wish I had known about the Windows 11 update issues and I would have stopped the automatic updates, but now I've read that many of these updates are being pushed automatically whether it's selected/approved or not.3.14.25 https:

Windows 10 Pro and Ergnomic Break Reminder

Do you remember installing any break reminder software?



It looks like it is a pop up from a break reminder software.



I suggest you to look for this in Programs in features and uninstall it if do not use it.



Try the following steps:

• 
  Press Windows + R keys to open Run Command
  
• 
  Type Appwiz.cpl and hit enter
  
• 
  Search for the programs and un-install it.

Windows 11 Breaks Dolby Audio - How to Undo?!

Hi.

Microsoft makes me rage. Windows update breaks my laptop every. single time. Windows 11 update has been conflicting with my graphics driver and making it so my Radeon software will no longer work and I have to keep manually rolling it back.

This time Microsoft took it a step further. Windows update automatically updates my Dolby Software and Driver and breaks the software entirely. I am a full-stack programmer and game developer with awards. I have exhausted my list options to simply undo this update. Why is it this difficult for me to undo a driver update? And why is it not displayed in device manager like other drivers?

Can someone help me undo this update because my laptop is just broken at this point, thank-you.

That would be a valid point if the inflated version numbers didn't break some plug-ins.
