Windows 10: Recovery from external hard disk

Hello,Unfortunately, the mainboard of my PC broke recently.I have now bought a new PC different hardware.Now I would like to transfer all files, settings and other things to the new PC.Unfortunately, no recovery has been saved on the old hard disk.So I need a tool to read the hard disk of the old PC and transfer it to the new PC.How do I do this?

• Do you hear any clicking sound when connecting your hard disk?
