Windows 10: Find My PC Missing

Hello all:I sold a laptop in 2023 on Ebay. Long story short the laptop went missing but subsequently delivered to the buyer but I am out the money as ebay refunded them. Either way, I always had that laptop on my "Find My PC," I have screenshots as of a couple weeks ago. I have kept it monitored should it go back online. However, today, when looking, the laptop is NO LONGER showing on my Find My PC. Is there a reason it dropped off? Is that meaning someone else registered it on their account? I am not sure how it just disappeared.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

 

DVD drive missing from 'THIS PC'

Yes, I have tried uninstalling both the DVD/CD-ROM drives and the IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers from device manager and rebooting. Not sure which controllers you are suggesting are missing. Also cleaned the laser.
