    hi, i have a nokia lumia 710, it doesn't turn on, if i connect the micro usb cable it tries to turn on but it doesn't charge the battery. is it a battery problem i don't think so or is it a problem with the connector for the micro usb cable?cheers and thanksAlberto Vidini

    Windows 8.1 does not recognize Nokia Lumia 710.

    I understand, if you will suggest me to update it to Windows Phone 8 and I do have a Windows Phone 8 (Windows Phone 8 HTC 8x) in addition to Windows Phone 7 (Nokia Lumia 710).
